So apparently FOX 12 Oregon is reporting the Jolt EV hoax as some sort of original design idea from a local guy named Matt Teske. They took Teske’d narrative about wanting to design a good-looking electric car. No mention of it being a hoax website about a retouched 4 year-old Chevy Tru140S concept car. Brilliant.
